Sanctuary Martial Arts and Wellbeing brings together the physical and the mental tools to cope in these modern time of stress and anxiety. If you are looking for a way to get fit physically, mentally and to be able to protect yourself, your family and community, then Sanctuary is for you.

 

Martial Arts classes -A Freestyle Martial Arts System combining elements of Karate, Kung Fu, Qi Gong Tai Chi and Meditation (no fixed style) as quoted by Bruce Lee. 

Guided Meditation classes - in a calm setting, we will guide you into a meditative state, where you will feel relaxed, revitalised and will reset the mind.

Qigong Flow  classes - a more gentle approach to exercise, but still giving you a whole body work out.

Connecting to your breath will give you the meditative concentration level lift, to revitalise the body and mind.

Qi Gong Flow

Our Qigong flow  sessions offer not only meditation time to control breathing and calm the brain, but also the subtleness of movements to gently exercise the body, giving you a truly holistic experience.
